Hanoi FC recruits former Cameroon player
Hanoi FC announced: “After many negotiations, Hanoi Football Club officially announced the acquisition of striker Diederrick Joel Tagueu Tadjo. The striker, born in 1993, played for U20 Cameroon and made his debut for the Cameroon national team in the 2018 CAN CUP qualifiers.”
Joel Tagueu played 6 matches for Cameroon, being a teammate of Andre Onana - the goalkeeper currently playing for Man Utd. Tagueu scored 1 goal for the national team - a goal against Zambia in a friendly match in 2019. The player missed that year's African Cup of Nations due to health problems. He has not been called up to the Cameroon team since then.

President of the Spanish Football Federation resigns after kissing female player
In an interview with Piers Morgan, President of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Luis Rubiales said that he had sent a request to resign as President of the RFEF.

After retiring in 2009, Rubiales was elected President of the Spanish Footballers' Association and then elected President of the RFEF in May 2018.
