Speaking at the program, comrade Phan Huy Chuong - Deputy Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee stated that Nghe An with its large area, diverse and complex traffic network, propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on traffic safety and order is always considered one of the important solutions; contributing to reducing traffic accidents in the area continuously for many years.
Through the program implemented during the “High Point Month of Traffic Safety for Students Going to School”, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee hopes that students will clearly understand and be aware of legal regulations on traffic safety and order and skills in safely controlling vehicles, consciously comply with the law on traffic safety and order and build a Traffic Culture. Also on the morning of September 18, the Traffic Police Team of Anh Son District Police organized a propaganda session to educate about traffic safety laws for nearly 300 students at the point.Long Son Secondary School.

Through the propaganda session, in addition to imparting knowledge about the Road Traffic Law and traffic culture, the Traffic Police Team officers instructed the children on how to wear helmets properly; instructed them on safe bicycle and electric bicycle driving skills, and how to prevent and minimize traffic accidents.
