Tuition fees and collection plan of Nghe An for the 2023 - 2024 school year
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An's tuition fees this year remain the same as previous school years and vary between regions.
The Department of Education and Training has just issued instructions on implementing tuition collection for public preschool and general education institutions for the 2023-2024 school year.
Accordingly, in this school year, public preschool and general education institutions that have not yet ensured regular expenses will temporarily collect tuition fees for the 2023-2024 school year as in the 2021-2022 school year as issued by the Provincial People's Council.

Accordingly, tuition fees will be divided into 4 regions and will be different for each region and each level of education. In which, preschool level will be from 45,000 VND to 280,000 VND, secondary school level from 35,000 VND to 130,000 VND, high school level and supplementary high school level from 45,000 VND to 230,000 VND.
According to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training, schools collect tuition fees periodically every month.
In which, for students with permanent residence within Nghe An province: Students with permanent residence in which area will collecttuitionaccording to the collection level of that region as prescribed in the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

For students with permanent residence outside the province or temporary residence in Nghe An province: Students with temporary residence in a region will be charged tuition fees according to the collection level of that region as stipulated in the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.
This year, the Department of Education and Training also requires 100% of educational institutions in the province to strictly implement non-cash payments for tuition fees as prescribed in Decision No. 06/QD-TTg dated January 6, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on Development of population data applications, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 and other related documents.
