Ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize comrade Le Ba Quac as a veteran revolutionary cadre in Dien Chau district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 26, Dien Yen commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize comrade Le Ba Quac as a veteran revolutionary cadre.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; leaders of provincial agencies, leaders of Dien Chau district, Dien Yen commune and many relatives of martyr Le Ba Quac.
At the ceremony, delegates and people of Dien Yen commune reviewed the long history of patriotism of Dien Chau district in general and Dien Yen commune in particular with many examples of loyalty, steadfastness and indomitable will of communists and people in the area, including martyr Le Ba Quac.
To acknowledge and express gratitude for the great contributions and heroic sacrifice of comrade Le Ba Quac, on May 15, 2023, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Decision No. 1913-QD/TU on recognizing the veteran revolutionary cadre who sacrificed for martyr Le Ba Quac in Thinh Luy hamlet, now hamlet 7, Dien Yen commune. The family of martyr Le Ba Quac is a patriotic family and has contributed to the revolution.
Also on the afternoon of September 26, comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; leaders of provincial agencies, leaders of Dien Chau district and delegates attended the inauguration ceremony of the Dien Yen Commune Health Station, Dien Chau district.
