Groundbreaking ceremony of Central Park Residences tower project in Vinh city
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 3, the founder of Ecopark and Ricons Construction Joint Stock Company held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Central Park Residences high-rise apartment project, located in the Eco Central Park metropolitan complex (Vinh city, Nghe An province).
Immediately after winning the bid, Ricons started construction and accelerated the construction progress. In this cooperation with the Founder of Ecopark, Ricons took on the role of General Contractor for design and construction of the Central Park Residences project. The project consists of 2 mixed-use apartment towers, each with 2 basements and 30 floors above ground, with 620 apartments and built on a land area of 19,196m2.
Previously, Ricons was honored to be trusted by the investor and selected as the strategic contractor, undertaking the construction of the structure and basic finishing of all 825 adjacent villas - The Garden subdivision of the Eco Central Park project.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Canh - Deputy General Director of Eco Central Park said that the projects that the Founder of Ecopark has implemented are all symbolic and have their own unique features. In particular, Central Park Residences with a unique geographical location, near the river, adjacent to the sea and located on Nguyen Sy Sach street with a width of 70m2 will be opened to traffic at the end of this year, positioned to possess 5-star facilities, Central Park Residences in particular and Eco Central Park in general will become a new metropolis, a new center of residence in Vinh city.
On the general contractor side, Mr. Tran Quang Quan - General Director of Ricons said that with internal strength, strong financial foundation and nearly 20 years of experience in the construction field, up to now, Ricons has firmly affirmed its position as the leading general construction contractor in Vietnam.
