(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 11, in Vinh city, the National Defense and Security Education Council of Nghe An province organized the opening ceremony of the National Defense and Security Knowledge Training Course for dignitaries, officials, monks, and heads of affiliated religious organizations in the province in 2023.
Attending the ceremony were comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors; members of the Provincial Council for National Defense and Security Education and nearly 90 students who are dignitaries, officials, monks and nuns, and heads of affiliated religious organizations.

The training course on national defense and security knowledge takes place over 2 days, October 11 and 12.
