Nghe An province is supporting the installation of the eTax Mobile electronic tax application.
(Baonghean.vn) - Following the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Nghe An Provincial Tax Department is stepping up efforts to guide and support taxpayers in installing the eTax Mobile application.
eTax Mobile is an electronic tax application installed on smartphones with iOS or Android operating systems, allowing individuals, sole proprietors, and household businesses to look up their tax registration declarations anytime, anywhere on devices with 3G/4G/Wifi/GPRS connectivity.
This application helps individuals and businesses easily conduct electronic transactions with tax authorities anytime, anywhere, from any location with an internet connection; eliminating the need to visit tax offices, treasuries, or banks in person while still allowing for quick and accurate tax lookup and payment. This is considered a major step forward in the application of digital technology and the digital transformation of the tax sector, meeting the requirement of putting taxpayers at the center of service.
To support departments, agencies, and units throughout the province, the Provincial Tax Department has assigned staff to directly guide installation and provide training on usage at the headquarters of these units. The Nghe An Provincial Tax Department has been directing its departments, sub-departments, and the Youth Union to disseminate information and promote the eTax Mobile application to businesses, organizations, business households, and individual business owners in the province.
The Nghe An Tax Department is focusing on guiding people to install and use the eTax Mobile application, as well as providing maximum support so that individuals can proficiently use all the features on the application, especially the function for looking up and fulfilling tax obligations.
Reportedly, through the training sessions, more than 74,241 people in the province have created accounts on the app and conducted tax-related transactions.
The Provincial Tax Department respectfully requests that all units cooperate in encouraging officials, civil servants, and employees to install and use the eTax Mobile application. This is a highly practical action, contributing to the national digital transformation and creating a convenient, simple, and fast public administration environment.
The Nghe An Tax Department aims to ensure that by December 31, 2023, 100% of its officials, civil servants, and employees across the province will have completed the installation of the eTax Mobile application and registered for an account.
