Starting a business from a mother's heart
From the first meeting, it is easy to see that Ms. Men is a modern, dynamic and active woman.
When asked what brought her to this job, she confided: I have two young children, the first one is weak and stunted. This always makes me feel uneasy. In the heart of a mother who always wants her child to have a healthy body, she is determined to find clean food sources, full of nutrients, suitable for her child. After diligently researching, she was fortunate to know about the source of nutrition from natural nuts. She researched, ground, and combined the nuts together. After a period of giving them to her children, their health improved significantly. Gradually, many mothers learned about them, asked her to produce them for their children to use, and all received good results.
Realizing the increasing demand for nutritional cereal powder products, as well as the desire to bring the best to children, in 2018, she decided to establish MOM BEAUTY Production and Trading Company Limited.
When she started her business, she faced many difficulties: no capital, no connections, young children, and even no personal means of transportation. At this stage, many people did not know about the benefits and nutrition that nuts brought, and the appearance of many competitors made her feel discouraged at times. However, with the trust and support of customers, encouragement from relatives, and the heart of a mother, she did not allow herself to give up.
She shared that during the April 30, 2019 holiday, when everyone was on holiday, she still worked hard and during the product processing, she unfortunately fell into the grain grinder, injured herself, leaving a long scar on her body. The scar always reminds her to remember to keep trying, trying, and moving forward.
Ms. Men's business philosophy is "Quality is the core". Every step is focused on, done very carefully and cleanly. Imported ingredients are carefully selected. She has worked hard to research, learn from nutrition experts, experiment and come up with her own formula for each product suitable for each target group: Children, pregnant mothers, the elderly...
As a child born and raised in the countryside of Tan Ky district (Nghe An), she clearly knows the clean farming methods of the local people, along with understanding the difficulty in finding outlets for local agricultural products. Ms. Men boldly purchased agricultural products and asked the people to participate in the company's production process.
With a high awareness of food safety, the company always publicizes the production stages. In particular, every day, 30 to 40 mothers who are customers and distributors of the company come to directly participate in the work without taking any wages. They participate in all stages of the production process. That is why it has built customer trust. Many people were initially just retail customers, buying for personal or family use, but gradually became main distributors.
Desire to spread and inspire
Being a mother herself, she understands the amazing multitasking ability of mothers. This is the strength of the majority of mothers today, because all tasks such as taking care of children, family, managing the house, cooking and completing work at the company... are within their reach. Besides, they also allocate time for each task very well. Many of them also know how to balance between developing their personal career and taking good care of their small family.
As a person with prestige and the ability to inspire motivation in the enterprise, Ms. Men also actively spreads inspiration and belief that Vietnamese women are not inferior to men in work, and even have advantages in grace and dexterity; "good at public affairs, good at housework". She always wants all women to be independent and financially free.
Ms. Men confided: Due to the nature of the nutritional food industry, which is not simple, the management, operation and development of the enterprise requires the leader to accept challenges and find his own way to survive and fulfill his mission. In the enterprise, she always creates a favorable working environment, encourages employees to promote their strengths and work creatively; is ready to listen and resolve the thoughts and aspirations of employees in the enterprise. She herself must always actively cultivate knowledge, learn from experience, and be creative to bring new products to the market; at the same time, constantly strive to improve products to satisfy the most demanding customers. Currently, the company has more than 2,000 official distributors, hundreds of product distribution stores nationwide, creating jobs for thousands of workers.
