In Decision No. 2196-QD/TU dated October 17, 2023, the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer, assign, and appoint Comrade Nguyen Thi Thom - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Council of Hung Nguyen District - to the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department. The decision is effective from the date of signing.
