Election of additional position of Chairman of Yen Thanh District People's Council, term XX, 2021-2026
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Council of Yen Thanh district - term XX, term 2021-2026 held a special session in October 2023 (9th session), elected to supplement the position of Chairman of the District People's Council.
At the meeting on the afternoon of October 23, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district, term XX, approved the proposal to dismiss Mr. Nguyen Quy Linh from the position of People's Council delegate and Chairman of the People's Council of the district, term XX, 2021-2026, due to his transfer to work as Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An province, with 100% of the delegates unanimously approving.
The meeting introduced and elected comrade Tran Thi Binh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Council, with a 100% confidence vote.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Tran Thi Binh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Thanh district thanked the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council of Nghe An province and the trust of the People's Council delegates of Yen Thanh district.
