Nghe An Provincial Military Command responds to Vietnam Law Day 2023

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 8, the Military Command of Nghe An province organized a book exhibition and introduction in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2023; In coordination with the Military Court of Military Region 4, it introduced the basic content of Chapter XXV of the 2015 Penal Code.

To contribute to creating fundamental and comprehensive changes in activities responding to Vietnam Law Day, in recent years, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has deployed propaganda and dissemination work.legal educationregularly and effectively.

At the program, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Command were introduced to the basic contents of the purpose and meaning of Vietnam Law Day, documents related to the obligations and responsibilities of soldiers and those with obligations and responsibilities as soldiers, including: Law on National Defense, Law on Officers of the Vietnam People's Army; Law on Military Service; Law on Professional Soldiers, Workers and Defense Officials; Law on Mobilization Reserve Forces; Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces and Circular No. 16/TT-BQP dated February 21, 2020 of the Ministry of National Defense regulating the application of disciplinary measures, procedures, time limits, and authority to handle discipline in the Ministry of National Defense.
