Meanwhile, at Hung Binh Primary School, the school closure schedule was also announced this morning, as many routes to school experienced heavy rain, flooding, and many vehicles stalled and could not move.

This morning (November 13), 3 schools informed parents and students early, namely Hung Binh Primary School, Ben Thuy Secondary School and Quang Trung Primary School, deciding to let students stay home from school. After things stabilize, the schools will organize make-up classes for the students.
