Authorities have arrested a suspect who threw a gasoline bottle at a house, injuring three people.
Nguyen Thanh Minh, the man who threw gasoline bottles at people's houses to demand money, has been arrested while in hiding.
On the morning of November 16th, the police of Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province, confirmed that they had arrested Nguyen Thanh Minh (commonly known as "Teo"; born in 1987; residing in Hong Thai commune, Bac Binh district, Binh Thuan province) while he was hiding in Ca Na commune, Thuan Nam district, Ninh Thuan province at 0:15 AM on the same day.

Earlier, at around 5 PM on November 14th, Minh threw a bottle of gasoline into the house of Ms. D.TY (residing in Binh An commune, Bac Binh district). The fire caused burns to Mr. VAL (Ms. Y's husband), their child, and their grandchild. Among them, baby VTA (born in 2023, Ms. Y's biological child, approximately 4 months old) suffered second-degree burns covering 28% of her face and hands; she is currently receiving treatment at Binh Thuan Provincial General Hospital.
After committing the crime, Minh fled the area.
Through investigation, the Bac Binh District Police determined that the incident stemmed from a personal debt collection dispute between Nguyen Thanh Minh and Ms. D.TY.

The Bac Binh District Police deployed professional measures to apprehend the suspect. After nearly two days, the Bac Binh District Police successfully apprehended Nguyen Thanh Minh. The case is currently under further investigation and processing by the Bac Binh District Police.
