Arrest of subject who threw gasoline bottle into house, injuring 3 people
Nguyen Thanh Minh, the subject who threw a bottle of gasoline into a resident's house to demand money, was arrested while on the run.
On the morning of November 16, Bac Binh District Police, Binh Thuan confirmed that they had arrested Nguyen Thanh Minh (commonly known as "Teo"; born in 1987; residing in Hong Thai Commune, Bac Binh District, Binh Thuan) while he was hiding in Ca Na Commune, Thuan Nam District, Ninh Thuan Province at 0:15 a.m. the same day.

Previously, at around 5:00 p.m. on November 14, Minh threw a bottle of gasoline into Ms. D.TY's house (residing in Binh An commune, Bac Binh district). The fire caused burns to Mr. VAL (husband), Ms. Y's children and grandchildren. Among them, baby VTA (born in 2023, Ms. Y's biological child, about 4 months old) suffered second-degree burns covering 28% of his face and hands; he is currently being treated at Binh Thuan General Hospital.
After committing the crime, Minh fled the area.
Through investigation, Bac Binh District Police determined that the incident arose from a conflict in personal debt collection between Nguyen Thanh Minh and Ms. D.TY.

Bac Binh District Police have deployed professional measures to arrest the suspect. After nearly 2 days, Bac Binh District Police have arrested Nguyen Thanh Minh. Currently, the case is being further investigated by Bac Binh District Police.
