Israel optimistic about extension of ceasefire in Gaza Strip
(Baonghean.vn) - The Israeli Prime Minister noted that after the end of the ceasefire period, the country intends to return to carrying out military operations in the Palestinian territories under any circumstances.

Russian news agency TASS reported on November 27 that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, after a phone call with US President Joe Biden, said he was optimistic about the possibility of extending the four-day humanitarian ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, on the condition that 10 more hostages are released each day.
In a video released by Netanyahu's office, the Israeli prime minister confirmed that he had discussed the release of another group of hostages from the Gaza Strip with the US president, in an exchange he described as "very emotional".
“In addition, I would also like to say that we have the means to free 10 more hostages every day. This is a wonderful thing,” the Israeli Prime Minister said.
He noted that, upon completion of the ceasefire, Israel intends to return to conducting military operations in the Palestinian territories under any circumstances.
“That said, I told President Biden that, after the deal is done, we will return to achieving our goals with all our might: eliminating Hamas, making sure that Gaza does not return to what it was, and of course rescuing all of our hostages,” Netanyahu said.
“I am confident that we will be able to complete this task because we have no other choice,” the leader added.
