Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; Comrade Phan Dinh Bat - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Secretary of the Military Party Committee of Quy Hop District co-chaired the conference.

Also attending the conference were heads of the General Staff, Political, Logistics, Technical departments and local authorities of Quy Hop district.

Pursuant to the Decision of the Military Region 4 Command on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khanh Dien - Commander of the Quy Hop District Military Command to the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuong - Chief of Staff of the Thai Hoa Town Military Command to the position of Commander of the Quy Hop District Military Command.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and leaders of Quy Hop district acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Khanh Dien to the military and defense work of the province in general and the locality in particular. At the same time, he assigned the task to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuong in his new position as Commander of the District Military Command to always strive, promote the sense of responsibility, build a united and unified unit, do a good job of advising the Party Committee and the district government and successfully carry out military and defense tasks in the new situation.
