The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the plan of 3 concentrated locations that have been planned in Quynh Luu, Yen Thanh (or Dien Chau) and Hoang Mai Town, but suggested considering arranging 2 concentrated processing zones along National Highway 7 and National Highway 48 instead of arranging them in 2 communes in the Ban Ve hydroelectric reservoir area (Tuong Duong) or Hua Na (Que Phong) because the location is too far and the source of raw materials is not guaranteed.
