On December 22, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, led by Comrade Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited and celebrated Christmas at Lam Bich Kindergarten, Nghi Phu commune (Vinh city); the Center for Orphans, Disabled Children, Agent Orange Victims 19/3 and the Congregation of the Missionaries of Charity of Vinh Diocese in Nghi Dien commune (Nghi Loc district); Saint Anthony Temple - Vinh Diocese Pilgrimage Center (Trai Gao Parish) in Nghi Phuong commune, Nghi Loc district.

After visiting, congratulating, presenting flowers to nuns and gifts to students of Lam Bich Kindergarten in Nghi Phu Commune (Vinh City) - where more than 300 children of Catholics are studying, the delegation visited and presented gifts to the Center for Orphans, Disabled Children, and Agent Orange Victims 19/3 in Nghi Dien Commune (Nghi Loc), which is raising nearly 50 disabled children.
On behalf of the working delegation, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh acknowledged the efforts of the nuns, always caring for, loving and raising the children, wishing the nuns and children a joyful, warm and peaceful Christmas.

On this occasion, the delegation also visited and congratulated the Congregation of the Missionaries of Charity of Vinh Diocese located in Nghi Dien commune (Nghi Loc district). The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hoped that the nuns would continue to coordinate with authorities at all levels and socio-political organizations to build solidarity, love and harmony.
