Prime Minister appoints leaders of 3 agencies

The Prime Minister has issued decisions to appoint the Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and Chairman of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group.

In Decision 1669/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Pham Quang Dung, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, to hold the position of Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam. The decision takes effect from January 1, 2024.

In Decision 1666/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister reappointed Mr. Tran Tuan Anh to the position of Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. The re-appointment term is 5 years, starting from January 11, 2024.

In Decision 1168/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Le Manh Hung, Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group. The term of appointment is 5 years. The Decision takes effect from January 1, 2024.
