On the afternoon of January 9, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to review the agencies assisting the Party Committee in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, Party committees and Party Committee Offices overcame many difficulties, completed a large volume of work, achieved high quality, and increasingly better met the leadership requirements of the Party Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and all levels have actively, seriously, promptly and creatively advised and organized dissemination, propaganda and implementation of resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee and Party Committees at all levels, especially tasks and solutions to implement the action program to implement Resolution No. 39/NQ-TW of the Politburo on the development of Nghe An province; some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of the province. The quality of information synthesis and internal newsletter publication has been increasingly improved.
The orientation of press work was carried out effectively; the content and form of press meetings had many innovations; advice on handling issues raised by the press and public opinion was basically timely.
The Organizing Committees at all levels have proactively and actively advised the Party Committees and Standing Committees of the Party Committees to lead, direct, and organize the timely and effective implementation of many important contents on organizational work, cadres, and Party members; advised on reviewing, supplementing, and promulgating a new system of regulations and rules on organizational work and cadres.
Effectively advise on implementing many solutions to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations; work on building Party cells and developing Party members, especially in difficult and special areas.
The Mass Mobilization Committees at all levels have advised the Party Committees to concretize and promptly and effectively implement the major policies of the Central and Provincial Party Committees on mass mobilization work. They have coordinated and advised the implementation of mass mobilization work of the government and mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas.
Advise on the implementation of good contact, dialogue, and listening to people's opinions (especially the dialogue program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee with the heads of Party committees and authorities of communes, wards, and towns in the province); promptly resolve the thoughts, aspirations, and pressing issues of the people.
The Inspection Committees at all levels have advised the Party Committees to effectively implement the 2023 inspection and supervision program with a focus on key points and concentrated content, paying attention to areas and areas where violations are likely to arise, issues of concern to cadres, Party members and the public. Advised on amending, supplementing and promulgating a number of new regulations on inspection and supervision work.
The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the internal affairs staff advised and proposed that Party committees at all levels effectively implement the Party's major policies and orientations on internal affairs, anti-corruption and judicial reform. They performed well the advisory function of handling complicated cases and cases in the area. In particular, they advised and performed well the work of receiving people and handling complaints and denunciations.
The Party Committee Offices at all levels have done a good job of advising and proposing key work programs for the Party Committees; advising the Party Committees to well implement the work programs, and resolving tasks in accordance with working regulations. Coordinated to advise on the summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for developing Nghe An province until 2020 and thoroughly implemented the new resolution of the Politburo - Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW, dated July 18, 2023 on building and developing Nghe An province until 2030, with a vision to 2045; coordinated to advise on Action Program No. 68-CTr/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee to implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW.
Coordination between offices and advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee and functional agencies in each specific task is increasingly improved.
Promoting the pure image of Party cadres
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong acknowledged the achievements and noted some limitations in 2023 of the advisory agencies assisting the Provincial Party Committee.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee proposed: In 2024, the advisory and support agencies of the Party Committee should effectively implement the 5 common tasks according to Decision 137 of the Secretariat, ensuring that they are correct and close to the actual situation of the locality and unit.
In the immediate future, advise Party committees at all levels to lead, direct and effectively carry out tasks before, during and after the traditional Tet holiday of the nation to ensure joy and economy. Along with that, advise and effectively carry out tasks according to their functions and duties, especially the development of projects, programs, mechanisms and specific policies for Nghe An to develop in the spirit of Resolution 39 of the Politburo.
Continue to innovate and improve advisory work to ensure tightness, efficiency and quality; Advise on effective implementation of administrative reform and digital transformation in the Party.
Advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee need to pay attention to building a team of cadres to meet task requirements.
Strengthen closer coordination between advisory and support agencies of provincial and district Party committees to ensure that the program of activities is suitable to the practical situation and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of task implementation.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also noted the specific tasks for each Party Committee Office. Accordingly, in the field of Propaganda, it is necessary to demonstrate the role of cadres and party members in the ideological struggle, responsibilities and obligations of party members in cyberspace.
In mass mobilization work, it is necessary to continue to have many solutions to promote government mass mobilization work associated with the exemplary role of party members.
In the field of personnel organization, comrade Nguyen Van Thong pointed out that there is a lot of work to be done, however, the most pressing issue is how to accurately and practically evaluate cadres and party members.
"I hope that in the field of personnel organization, it is necessary to research and advise the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on solutions to identify and evaluate specifically, effectively, and accurately cadres and party members," emphasized comrade Nguyen Van Thong.
Regarding the Party's inspection and supervision work, he noted that it is necessary to focus on innovating supervision methods; must be sensitive on the basis of timely and accurate information capture; know how to choose the content, location, and time of supervision to promote effectiveness, and methods of implementing supervision...
For internal affairs and anti-corruption work, it is necessary to focus on timely and accurate information. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee explained that in the field of internal affairs, information is the most important thing. If information is incorrect or inaccurate, the use of tools and solutions to control the situation will be ineffective and unsuccessful. At the same time, law enforcement agencies need to detect and strictly handle corruption and negative cases.
In the office field, the Party Committee needs to demonstrate its connecting role well; improve the quality of document appraisal in particular and appraisal of leadership policies of the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee in general.
