The Command of Coast Guard Region 1 extends New Year greetings to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 24th, a delegation from the Command of Coast Guard Region 1, led by Colonel Nguyen Van Hien - Deputy Political Commissar, visited and extended New Year greetings to the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024 (Year of the Dragon).
Receiving the delegation from the Command of Coast Guard Region 1 were: Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department; and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
On behalf of the delegation, Colonel Nguyen Van Hien, Deputy Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 1, provided information on the unit's activities over the past period. Highlights included training, combat readiness, protecting sovereignty, maintaining security and safety in the maritime region, preventing and combating crime and violations of the law, and search and rescue operations, as well as defense diplomacy at sea.
On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2024 (Year of the Dragon), the leaders of Coast Guard Region 1 send their best wishes to the Party Committee and people of Nghe An province, and express their confidence that with the strong determination of the entire political system, Nghe An province will continue to effectively implement the programs and resolutions set forth by the Provincial Party Committee.
On behalf of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee leadership, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu briefed the delegation from the Command of Coast Guard Region 1 on the socio-economic development and national defense and security situation of the province in 2023. The Deputy Secretary affirmed that Nghe An province will always cooperate and continue to effectively implement the Coordination Program between the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Coast Guard in 2024.
On the eve of the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee sent his best wishes to all officers and soldiers of the Coast Guard Region 1 Command, wishing them unwavering faith and decisive victory.
