During the Spring Festival, schools actively responded to the movement "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho", according to the policy of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on organizing Tet tree planting in the year of Giap Thin 2024. Organizing "Tet tree planting" must be practical, effective, avoiding ostentation. Do not plant massively for the movement to cause waste and expense, ensure compliance with the plan, instructions and directions of superiors.

Before, during and after Tet, the school closely coordinates with local authorities to promote propaganda, management, education and organize students to enjoy a healthy spring and practice a civilized lifestyle. Maintain social order and safety, traffic safety; do not participate in racing or encourage illegal racing...;

In particular, focusing on disseminating, thoroughly understanding and requiring cadres, teachers, employees, students and parents to strictly implement Decree 137/2020/ND-CP dated November 27, 2020 of the Government on management and use of firecrackers; promptly detect, prevent, coordinate and strictly handle according to the provisions of law the situation of trading, manufacturing and using firecrackers, etc. among teachers and students.

It is strictly forbidden to buy, sell, store, or manufacture fireworks (buy raw materials online and then arbitrarily manufacture fireworks), and to illegally use weapons, explosives, support tools, and fireworks among teenagers, students, and pupils.

In particular, schools need to proactively take measures to prevent students from dropping out after Tet. Strengthen measures to mobilize students to go to school and maintain attendance rates. Review students at risk of dropping out and classify them to have appropriate measures for each student. For poor and disadvantaged students, it is necessary to mobilize resources to help and support them promptly during Tet; students must not be allowed to drop out of school due to difficult circumstances.

Before Tet, based on actual conditions, units proactively develop plans to mobilize resources to organize incentives and give Tet gifts to students from families with preferential treatment, orphans, and homeless students. Visit retired cadres, teachers, and employees in difficult circumstances.

At the same time, share with cadres, teachers and students whose relatives are on duty in the sea, island and border areas of the Fatherland to have conditions to enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet in a healthy, safe and economical way.
