People with blood deficiency syndrome causing dizziness, memory loss, poor complexion, etc. can use some blood-enriching foods to improve their condition.

However, as a "blood filter", pig liver also has many excess components that are not beneficial to health, so people with metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases (hypertension) should not use it.
Dishes that can be made from pork liver:30g spinach, 100g pork liver, spices to taste.
How to prepare: First, clean the greens and pork liver. Boil the greens, when it boils, add the sliced pork liver and enough spices (salt, vinegar, etc.). Or you can take the chicken broth and add ginger, onions, put half of the top pork liver down, then the spinach, cover with a layer of pork liver on top, boil until the vegetables are cooked and you can use it.
This remedy is very suitable for people with blood deficiency accompanied by constipation, poor vision... People with loose stools should not use it.
-Goat meat:For a long time, goat meat has been considered a top dish to nourish people who have been weak for a long time or have been sick for a long time...
In particular, goat meat is one of the foods that can improve male physiology.
Dishes using goat meat:30g angelica, 60g fresh ginger, 700g goat meat, 50ml white wine. Wash angelica and fresh ginger. Put all ingredients together with sliced goat meat, white wine in a pot, add enough water, simmer for about 1 - 2 hours, then season to taste.

Pumpkin contains a lot of glutamic acid, a substance that plays an important role in nerve metabolism. Every exam season, we often see students eating pumpkin-related foods.
Pumpkin soup dish: 300g pumpkin, onion, unsalted butter, enough spices (olive oil, fresh milk, garlic...). Peel and seed the pumpkin, then chop it. Saute onion with butter, then add enough water, add pumpkin to the porridge and wait until the pumpkin is soft, then you can mash it or put it in a blender and season it to taste.
