Head of Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department gives gifts to poor patients
(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the Provincial Party Secretary's Letter calling for support and help for the poor to celebrate the Lunar New Year 2024, on the afternoon of February 2, Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department visited and presented gifts to patients being treated at Nghe An Oncology Hospital.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong presented 30 Tet gifts to poor and near-poor patients currently being treated at the hospital, each gift worth 1 million VND. This amount was taken from the contributions of officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the State Bank of Nghe An province branch.
Giving gifts and wishing a happy new year to patients being treated at Nghe An Oncology Hospital, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department asked about the patients' treatment situation, hoping that the patients would overcome the pain of illness, to have good health and celebrate a warm and happy Lunar New Year with their loved ones.
