The Command of Military Region 4 extends New Year greetings to Regiment 764.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 5th, a delegation from the 4th Military Region Command, led by Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh - Commander of the Military Region, visited, encouraged, and presented Tet gifts to officers and soldiers of Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
Joining the delegation were comrades: Major General Phan Van Si - Deputy Head of Political Department of the Military Region; Colonel Pham Van Dung - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Military Region, along with representatives from various agencies of the Military Region.
Receiving and working with the delegation were: Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Nghe An Provincial Military Command; heads of the Staff, Political, Logistics, and Technical departments, along with the officers and soldiers of Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command.
During the working session, the delegation assessed the situation regarding preparations for celebrating the Lunar New Year; combat readiness and duty during the Tet holiday; the implementation of directives and regulations from all levels on ensuring entitlements and standards during the Tet holiday; and policies concerning officers, staff, and soldiers.
After listening to the report and directly inspecting the situation, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh acknowledged and commended the achievements of Regiment 764, Nghe An Provincial Military Command, in the past period.
The Commander of Military Region 4 requested that Regiment 764 in particular, and the Nghe An Provincial Military Command in general, continue to seriously implement directives from all levels regarding combat readiness, avoiding passivity and surprise in all situations; pay attention to taking good care of the material and spiritual lives of the troops; and ensure that officers and soldiers receive the correct and full entitlements and standards, especially during Tet.
