Russian special forces commander believes special military operations will end in September 2024
(Baonghean.vn) - Commander of the Akhmat special forces, Deputy Commander of the 2nd Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces, Apty Alaudinov, said that the special military campaign in Ukraine could end as early as September this year.

According to the commander of the Chechen Republic's Akhmat special forces Apty Alaudinov, the intensity of shelling of Russian fighter positions by the Ukrainian Armed Forces has "decreased by more than 50%", and the Ukrainian army itself is facing a serious shortage of ammunition.
"I believe that the special military operation will end as early as September this year... Closer to the US presidential election, aid to Ukraine will dry up. In any case, it will be significantly reduced," Commander Alaudinov said.
Meanwhile, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said Ukraine has not had enough time to properly train its newly mobilized recruits - who are now being forced into military service literally on the streets.
Training takes at least three months, if everything is done according to the procedure. Many areas of the military are “quite complex sciences”, and personnel need to be trained in the best way, which means it takes a long time to learn. And Ukraine does not have time for this.
This is becoming even more difficult for Kiev, as the US has not given the green light to allocate aid until at least March 1. Therefore, according to Larry Johnson, the next two weeks will see slow progress, or even a complete withdrawal of Ukraine. Ukraine does not have the forces to defend, and is not well equipped to carry out retaliatory attacks.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin affirmed his readiness for dialogue on Ukraine, taking into account Russia's conditions and current realities. The Russian leader also noted that Moscow has not yet achieved the goals of the special military operation, since "denuclearization" is one of them.
