(Baonghean.vn) - On February 21, officers of Nhon Mai Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with the People's Committee of Mai Son Commune, Tuong Duong District and schools to mobilize Mong ethnic students in the area who intended to drop out of school to return to school.

At Pieng Cooc border village, Mai Son commune, Tuong Duong district, functional forces have mobilized 28 Mong ethnic students aged 14 to 17 to return to school after Tet holiday.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thuong - Political Commissar of Nhon Mai Border Guard Station, in addition to propaganda through meetings and on the local radio system, the unit's, local and school forces have directly visited each household, met each resident, and used both local and common languages ​​to propagate to parents to understand and encourage their children to go to school.
