Drunk female soldier gets severe punishment, driver's license revoked for 23 months
A female car driver who violated the alcohol limit and repeatedly asked to ignore the violation was fined 35.6 million VND and had her driver's license revoked for 23 months.
On March 14, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province issued a decision to administratively fine 35.6 million VND and revoke the B2 driver's license for 23 months for Ms. Le Thi N. (42 years old, residing in group 8, Hoa Lu ward, Pleiku city) for her behavior.alcohol violationwhen driving a vehicle in traffic.
Specifically, Ms. N. drove a car on the road with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.699 milligrams/1 liter of breath; did not carry a driver's license and did not carry a vehicle registration.

Previously, on the evening of February 29, on Phan Dinh Phung Street (Tay Son Ward, Pleiku City), Pleiku City Police inspected and discovered Ms. N. driving a car with license plate number 81A-323.33 with a breath alcohol concentration (0.699 milligrams/1 liter of breath). At the time of inspection, Ms. N. could not present her driver's license and vehicle registration. Ms. N. called the inspection team many times and asked them to ignore the violation.
On March 5, Ms. N. went to the Pleiku City Police Headquarters to present a car registration certificate with license plate number 81A-323.33 (owned by Mr. NTP) and a driver's license number641144779311, class B2 issued by Gia Lai Department of Transport on September 10, 2020, valid until 2030.

According to the reporter's private source, Ms. N. is currently a soldier, working at Military Hospital 211 (located in Gia Lai province).
Previously, on March 12, the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee issued a decision to administratively sanction Luong Hong Trang (born in 1988, residing in Tay Ho district, Hanoi, a freelance worker) for driving a car with alcohol concentration in her breath according to Point a, Clause 10, Article 5 of Decree 100 amended and supplemented in Decree 123.
Female driver Luong Hong Trang was fined 35 million VND and had her driver's license revoked for 23 months.
Specifically, at around 11pm on March 5, Ms. Luong Hong Trang was driving a car on Tran Cung Street, heading towards Pham Van Dong. When she reached the area opposite 38 Tran Cung, Cau Giay District, the car collided with a motorbike that was stopped on the sidewalk. Immediately after receiving the report, Traffic Police Team No. 6 - Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police arrived at the scene to handle the situation.
Authorities determined that at the time of the collision, the female driver had a breath alcohol concentration of 0.573 mg/l (exceeding the maximum limit of 0.4 mg/l), while the motorcyclist had no alcohol concentration.
