The use of youth volunteer uniforms to attract views and likes by Karaoke Paris Club-Hud 2 is very offensive and shows signs of violating the law.

On March 19, Hoang Liet Ward Police (Hoang Mai, Hanoi) coordinated with the Criminal Police Team and the Security Team, Hoang Mai District Police to verify and handle information on the social network Tiktok about the Karaoke business Paris Club-Hud 2, located at Twin Towers, Southwest Linh Dam, Hoang Liet Ward, using youth volunteer uniforms posted on social networks, causing offense.

During the verification process, the facility manager, Ngo Van Thoai (born in 1995, permanent residence: Mai Phu, Yen Tan, Y Yen, Nam Dinh; current residence: 1436, HH1A Linh Dam, Hoang Liet) said that on February 28, he invited a number of employees of the facility to create content related to enlistment in the Vietnam People's Army, and at the same time rented youth volunteer clothes, bucket hats, backpacks and staged a clip at the Karaoke Paris Club-Hud 2 facility to post on the social network TikTok with the purpose of commemorating the facility's employees.

While working at the police agency, Thoai clearly realized that posting false information on social networks was wrong, and removed the above clip from the social network TikTok.

Hoang Liet Ward Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Team to verify and hand over the files and documents to the Hoang Mai District Police Security Team for handling according to Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post and telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology and electronic transactions.
