Le Thi Thuy Ha provided information that she needed people to process high-end products, and those who wanted to process these products needed to pay a deposit in advance. However, in reality, these materials were purchased by Le Thi Thuy Ha on the open market and Le Thi Thuy Ha had no outlet for them.

On the morning of April 13, the Investigation Police Agency of Dak Lak Province Police issued a decision to prosecute and temporarily detain Tran Thi Thuy (born in 1977, residing in Ea Lang village, Cu Pui commune, Krong Bong district) to investigate the act of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".
