Specifically, this morning (April 15), on a 72m road, near the gate of Anh village, in Nghi Phong commune, Nghi Loc district, passersby discovered a man in his 20s dead, lying next to a motorbike with license plate 37N1-826.73 in a ditch.
This is the current location of pile driving construction on the 72m Vinh-Cua Lo route.
