Nâng cao kỹ năng tuyên truyền cho cán bộ Hội Nông dân
(Baonghean.vn) - Ngày 16/4, Hội Nông dân tỉnh Nghệ An tổ chức Hội nghị tập huấn nghiệp vụ báo cáo viên, tuyên truyền viên năm 2024.
Phát biểu khai mạc hội nghị, đồng chí Nguyễn Quang Tùng - Chủ tịch Hội Nông dân tỉnh nhấn mạnh: Nghị quyết số 46-NQ/TW ngày 20/12/2023 của Bộ Chính trị về đổi mới, nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động của Hội Nông dân Việt Nam đáp ứng yêu cầu nhiệm vụ cách mạng trong giai đoạn mới đề ra giải pháp: Đổi mới công tác tuyên truyền, vận động, tập hợp, đoàn kết nông dân, nâng cao hiệu quả phong trào nông dân.
Trong đó, Nghị quyết nhấn mạnh tăng cường công tác tuyên truyền, vận động đường lối, chủ trương của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước, nhất là những nội dung liên quan đến nông nghiệp, nông dân, nông thôn cho nông dân.
Chú trọng giáo dục chính trị, tư tưởng, nâng cao nhận thức, khơi dậy tinh thần yêu nước, lòng tự hào dân tộc, ý chí tự lực, tự cường, tinh thần lao động cần cù, sáng tạo, học tập và làm theo tư tưởng, đạo đức, phong cách Hồ Chí Minh; phát huy giá trị, phẩm chất tốt đẹp của người nông dân, tích cực xây dựng nông thôn hiện đại, nông dân văn minh, tham gia phát triển kinh tế - xã hội, bảo đảm quốc phòng, an ninh, hội nhập quốc tế.
Nghị quyết Đại hội lần thứ X, Hội Nông dân tỉnh Nghệ An nhiệm kỳ 2023- 2028 xác định một trong giải pháp để xây dựng tổ chức Hội vững mạnh đó là tiếp tục đổi mới nội dung, phương pháp, nâng cao hiệu quả công tác tuyên truyền, giáo dục chính trị, tư tưởng.

Activities contribute to building farmers who are comprehensively developed, civilized, loyal, innovative, have a high level of education, advanced production organization capacity, and have a high sense of law and community responsibility.
"That shows that in order to innovate its activities, the Farmers' Association must start with innovating its propaganda. In order for the Resolutions at all levels to come into life as well as spread typical models of farmers, propaganda work must come first. In addition to the accompaniment of the press and media agencies, it is necessary to promote the role of farmer members" - the Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association emphasized.
On that basis, the Association strengthens the equipping of propaganda skills for association officials and members to help farmer members have vivid and convincing frames and images, contributing to spreading the activities, movements, models, and typical examples of members and Association organizations at all levels. At the same time, through propaganda work, connecting the Association organization and farmer members.
During the course of one day, nearly 100 trainees, who are reporters and propagandists of Farmers' Associations at all levels; and officials of departments of the Provincial Farmers' Association, were given skills in filming, taking photos, and editing video clips using smartphones to promote on media and social networks by journalists and lecturers of the Vietnam Journalists' Association.
