Regarding the incident of the luxury wedding procession stopping in the middle of the road to take photos, Pham Duc Hai (aka 'Hai idol') and 3 accomplices have just been prosecuted by Gia Loc District Police (Hai Duong) for the crime of "Disturbing public order".

On April 26, social media appeared a clip with images recording the wedding procession of luxury cars traveling in a row of 3, stopping in the middle of the road to film and take photos of the bride and groom. The clip was quickly shared widely, causing public outrage, with demands for strict handling according to the law.

It is worth mentioning that this is a route with a lot of traffic. The actions of the wedding procession caused traffic congestion in this area.

Immediately after receiving feedback on the incident, the Traffic Police Department directed the Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police and Gia Loc District Police to review, inspect and verify the incident.
