Comrade Chu Anh Tuan holds the position of Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee.

On the morning of June 17th, the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee approving the election results for the position of Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee.

The ceremony was attended by Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Committee: Pham Tuan Vinh - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; Nguyen Dinh Hoa - Director of the State Treasury of Nghe An province. Also present were representatives of the leaders of provincial departments, agencies and Thai Hoa town.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - presented Decision No. 2662 - QD/TU dated June 7, 2024, of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee approving the election results of Comrade Chu Anh Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Hoa town - to the position of Secretary of the Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Congratulating and assigning new duties to the new Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Comrade Chu Anh Tuan on being approved to hold the position of Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. This is an honor but also a great responsibility for him before the Party Committee, the political system, and the people of the town.

According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee: There are certainly many demands and expectations for the head of the Party committee, but first and foremost, it is necessary to address the central role of unity, responsibility, determination, decisiveness, dynamism, and creativity in leadership to achieve the extremely important goals and tasks of developing Thai Hoa town into a prosperous and civilized urban area, effectively connecting the development of the Northwest Nghe An region, and affirming the role of the Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in the town's progress.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thong emphasized: The Resolution of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on Thai Hoa town clearly states that Thai Hoa town must achieve Type III urban status by 2025, progressing towards becoming a city within the province by 2030, and be one of the growth and innovation hubs, a center for services, trade, education, healthcare, vocational training, and high-tech agriculture in the Northwest Nghe An and South Thanh Hoa - North Nghe An regions…

"The 2020-2025 term is also coming to an end, so it requires the town to accelerate and speed up the implementation of specific tasks and goals, in order to reach the finish line with the word 'victory'. Therefore, all comrades need to make great efforts," the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that Comrade Chu Anh Tuan, in his new position, should study the Party's policies, resolutions, and regulations more deeply and broadly in order to quickly familiarize himself with the work in the shortest possible time, especially to effectively fulfill the functions, duties, and role of the head of the Party committee.

Comrade, you need to effectively and seamlessly combine your experience and knowledge in state management with Party building, leadership of the political system, and mass mobilization to encourage the people to participate in economic and cultural development movements, ensuring firm security and order in Thai Hoa town.

At the same time, Comrade Chu Anh Tuan needs to demonstrate a high sense of responsibility towards the collective, be dedicated to his work and the people, be closely involved with the grassroots, stay close to reality, and be sensitive and flexible to the situation in order to effectively lead and direct the implementation of tasks.

Furthermore, Comrade Chu Anh Tuan needs to continue cultivating his moral character, conduct, and leadership style, effectively fulfilling his role as a leader in both work and life; strengthening and promoting unity, collaboration, and sharing within the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and Party Committee to lay the foundation for unity within the Party organization; ensuring the leading role of Party organizations and consensus among the people, for a rapidly and sustainably developing Thai Hoa town.

In his acceptance speech, Comrade Chu Anh Tuan expressed his gratitude for the attention and trust placed in him by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, provincial-level agencies and departments, and the support, sharing, and cooperation of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Party Committee, and the entire political system in Thai Hoa town.

Following the instructions of Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Comrade Chu Anh Tuan pledged to continue to strive, learn, and train himself to successfully complete the tasks assigned and delegated by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

Looking ahead, you will work with the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and the Standing Board of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee to inherit and promote the traditions of the Party Committee, continue to unite and lead in order to achieve the highest possible level of fulfillment of the goals and targets of the Resolution of the Thai Hoa Town Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, and prepare thoroughly for the organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
