On the afternoon of July 1, the delegation attending the Emulation Congress for Victory of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2019 - 2024, led by Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command, came to offer flowers and incense to report their achievements to Uncle Ho at Ho Chi Minh Square.
Attending were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee; heads of the General Staff, Political, Logistics - Technical departments and delegates attending the Emulation Congress for Victory of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces for the period 2019 - 2024.
Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the armed forces of Nghe An province respectfully offered him a basket of fresh flowers, expressing their respect and deep gratitude for his immense contributions - the great leader of the Vietnamese people, the founder and trainer of our Party, the beloved Father of the people's armed forces.
Imbued with the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh: "Emulation is patriotism, patriotism requires emulation", in recent years, the Party Committee and Military Command of Nghe An province have focused on leading and directing innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of emulation and reward work and the Emulation to Win movement with the motto: "Emulation must be directed towards the grassroots, taking the successful completion of political tasks as the center".
Over the years, the Emulation Movement for Victory of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces has directly contributed to building agencies and units strong in politics, ideology, organization and staff; building a team of officers and soldiers with steadfast political will, high determination, ready to receive and complete all tasks well.
The Emulation Movement for Victory in the Provincial Armed Forces has closely combined with the local patriotic emulation movement, aiming at promoting socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security, and building an increasingly solid provincial defense zone.
With many good models and practical actions, over the past 5 years, the entire armed forces of Nghe An province have had 4,890 collectives and individuals rewarded at all levels for their achievements in the Emulation movement to Win. In addition, many collectives and individuals have been awarded Certificates of Merit, Certificates of Merit, and honorary titles by the Government, the Ministry of National Defense, the Military Region 4 Command, and the Provincial People's Committee for their achievements in their missions.
The Provincial Military Command has always been the leading flag in the emulation movement in the Military Region; 3 years awarded the Emulation Flag of the Government; 2 years awarded the Emulation Flag of the Ministry of National Defense and the Provincial People's Committee.
Currently, the provincial armed forces are being proposed by the Central Military Commission - Ministry of National Defense to be awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in the renovation period by the State.
The achievements in the Emulation and Victory Movement over the past 5 years are valuable lessons and motivation for the provincial armed forces to continue to do well in the Emulation and Reward work and the Emulation and Victory Movement in the period 2024 - 2029.
