Billionaire Musk accuses US government of bringing illegal immigrants into the country to vote
The current US administration has planned to allow as many illegal immigrants as possible into the country so they can vote in the presidential election. This opinion was expressed by American businessman Elon Musk on the social network X.
“The goal of the current US administration has been to allow as many illegal immigrants into the country as possible so they can vote,” Musk wrote in response to a post by US House Speaker Mike Johnson, who said Democrats want to “steal voters” from illegal immigrants.
A day earlier, White House chief Joe Biden said he considered himself the Democratic Party's best presidential candidate and would not go anywhere, despite pressure from donors and his own party.
On July 5, a group of influential donors called on the incumbent US president to withdraw from the presidential race “for the future of the country.”
The 60th US presidential election is scheduled to take place on November 5, 2024.
