Manulife's new look at its branch in Nghe An is unveiled.
Following its expansion in Thanh Hoa, Manulife continues to upgrade and expand its Nghe An branch office in Vinh City, maximizing the experience for local customers.
On the morning of July 14th, Manulife Vietnam officially inaugurated its Nghe An branch office in Vinh City. Still located on the 4th floor of the Trung Duc building (2 Le Loi Street, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City), the "new version" has been upgraded and now spans nearly 1,000 square meters.2 It was built to Manulife's "Green Standard" with modern architecture, multiple amenities, and plenty of greenery. In particular, the open-plan design allows the office to maximize natural light, save electricity, and be environmentally friendly.
The new office is fully equipped with functional areas such as a Customer Service Center, a work and activity area for the sales team, a dedicated area for Manulife Pro professional consultants, and a system of training rooms for new agents… With its “new look,” Manulife expects the transaction office in Nghe An to be a center for advising and providing comprehensive financial and insurance services to the people, while also creating a dynamic and professional working environment for its agents and staff.
To realize its commitment to sustainable investment in the Vietnamese market, Manulife has been implementing numerous innovative initiatives, including optimizing the customer experience nationwide, including in Nghe An. This is also one of the key areas in Manulife's development strategy; therefore, upgrading facilities and professionalizing the team of consultants and agents here will better meet the diverse financial and insurance needs of the local people.

Following Thanh Hoa and District 7 (Ho Chi Minh City), Nghe An is the next location to receive a comprehensive upgrade and renovation of its transaction space. In the near future, Manulife Vietnam will continue to upgrade offices in Hai Phong, Da Nang, and other locations. This is one of the activities in a series of programs celebrating Manulife's 25th anniversary in Vietnam.

On average, the company processes approximately 50,000 insurance benefit claims each month, including health benefits and medical allowances for customers.
