Grade 10 benchmark scores in Nghe An: Many schools have admitted candidates with less than 5 points/subject
Today, a series of public schools in Nghe An announced the admission scores for grade 10. While the admission scores of schools in Vinh city are quite high, in many other localities, the admission scores this year are quite low, even in many schools, students who do not have enough average scores are still admitted.
Today, the Department of Education and Training has begun to announce the first round of admission scores to grade 10 in public schools in Nghe An province. This year's benchmark scores have fluctuated quite a bit, especially in the top schools of the districts, many schools have had candidates with less than 5 points/subject being admitted.

According to school leaders, the benchmark scores were low because after changing their preferences, a large number of students transferred to other schools to increase their chances of being admitted to public schools. Therefore, some schools did not have enough candidates or recruited almost all of the students who registered to take the exam. This year's exam was also assessed to be more difficult than previous years.
Meanwhile, on the contrary, some schools in the suburbs of Vinh city have higher benchmark scores because the large number of applications transferred here increases the competition rate at the schools.
