Coach Park Hang-seo is receiving attention from FAM.

“Pau Marti Vicente may be a good fit in the short term as he has learnt a lot from coach Kim Pan-gon. However, I feel that FAM must find a more suitable replacement. Coach Park Hang-seo has taken Vietnam to a new level. If he takes over the Malaysian national team, I hope he will receive the necessary support. I believe he is the right candidate. In fact, his approach is very passionate and our players need to be prepared for that,” said Sulaiman Hussin.

Not only officials, Malaysian fans also support the former coach of the Vietnamese team to lead the "Tigers".

In a survey by Astro Arena, up to 60% of fans want the Korean coach to take the position of head coach of the Malaysian national team.

As for coach Park, he and his representative company have not made any moves regarding this matter.
