The Provincial Party Committee Office and the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee commemorate the heroic martyrs.
On July 26, commemorating the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs.

The working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee Office was led by Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office.
The working delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was led by Comrade Vo Van Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Department.

In the atmosphere of historical days, the delegation went to Truong Bon National Monument, offered flowers and incense to commemorate the heroes and martyrs. Here, in the resistance war against the American imperialists, 1,240 heroes and martyrs sacrificed their lives to protect the strategic arterial route 15A, providing human and material support to the southern front. At Truong Bon, on October 31, 1968, in a bombing by the US Air Force, 13 youth volunteers sacrificed their lives, including 11 girls and 2 boys. The blood of the sisters and brothers merged with the motherland so that the homeland and country could be revived.

Next, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department came to offer incense and flowers at Nghi Loc District Martyrs' Cemetery. This is the resting place of 1,624 martyrs, including 756 Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and experts - the nation's outstanding sons, who fought bravely and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the noble international duty in Laos.
In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation offered flowers and incense in memory, expressing their infinite gratitude to generations of fathers and brothers who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for the noble international revolutionary cause.

At Do Luong Martyrs' Cemetery, the resting place of 10,804 martyrs; Vietnam - Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery in Anh Son district, the resting place of 11,000 martyrs, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their blood and bones for the Fatherland and for the noble international duty.
Before the heroic martyrs, the members of the delegation pledged to forever follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; to carry out well the work of "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remember its source", and to take care of families with meritorious services to the revolution.
