After 70 years of establishment and development, Nghi An commune, Vinh city has increasingly gained an important position as a suburban commune keeping pace with the modern civilized development of Vinh city.
Nghi An is a land rich in revolutionary tradition, history and culture. During the development process, with different names and boundaries, the place name Nghi An has always been present as an important administrative unit, the original land in the history of construction and development of the old Nghi Loc district and Vinh city today.
