Over 70 years of establishment and development, Nghi An commune in Vinh City has increasingly gained an important position as a suburban commune, keeping pace with the modern and civilized development of Vinh city.
Nghi An is a land rich in revolutionary traditions, history, and culture. Throughout its development, with varying names and boundaries, Nghi An has always been an important administrative unit, a fundamental area in the history of the construction and development of the former Nghi Loc district and the present-day Vinh city.
