At the ceremony, the representative of the Central Youth Union Organizing Committee announced Decision No. 642-QD/TWĐTN-BTC dated July 8, 2024 of the Central Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union recognizing comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy as Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, term XVIII, 2022-2027.
Also at the ceremony, the representative of the Organizing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province announced Decision No. 555/QD-DUK of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Agencies of Nghe An province on approving comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union of Nghe An province to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Youth Union for the 2020 - 2025 term.
In his speech assigning tasks, comrade Ngo Van Cuong - Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union sent his congratulations to comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy for being trusted, recognized and held the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union by the Central Secretariat and the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
The Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union said that Comrade Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy is a well-trained cadre, full of enthusiasm and has made many contributions to the Youth Union and youth movements; has professional qualifications suitable for the assigned work and has experience working in a number of positions.
