Nghe An Police and Vietnam Airports Corporation signed a coordination regulation to ensure aviation security and safety.
On the morning of August 2, Nghe An Provincial Police and Vietnam Airports Corporation held a conference to review and sign a coordination regulation in ensuring security and order, aviation security and safety at Vinh International Airport.

According to the report at the Conference: Implementing the Regulations on coordination in ensuring security and order, aviation security and safety and social order and safety at Vinh International Airport in the period of 2019 - 2024, the Provincial Police have directed professional departments and local police units to develop and implement plans to ensure security and order at Vinh International Airport and neighboring areas. In particular, coordinating, exchanging information, implementing work plans to ensure absolute security and safety for 28 special flights and special compartments carrying leaders of the Party, State and diplomatic delegations of countries to visit and work in Nghe An and Ha Tinh.

The two sides also coordinated and recorded 15 incidents related to aviation security and safety, and 28 incidents related to traffic order and safety occurring at Vinh International Airport.
Thereby, promptly and proactively coordinate to prevent, stop and handle violations of aviation security and safety, not allowing complicated incidents and loss of aviation security and safety to occur.

In addition, units under the Provincial Police and Vinh International Airport regularly coordinate to organize propaganda campaigns and disseminate laws to people around the airport perimeter about legal regulations on civil aviation security and safety, issues related to the use of drones and ultralight aircraft, contributing to maintaining security and order at Vinh International Airport.

Promoting the achieved results, the two units agreed to sign the Regulations on coordination to ensure security, aviation safety and social order and safety at Vinh International Airport in the next phase.
At the Conference, Nghe An Provincial Police and Vietnam Airports Corporation awarded certificates of merit to 07 groups and 08 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Coordination Regulations.
