Sport Express (Russia) revealed that the home team will play a friendly match with the Vietnamese team in September at Thong Nhat Stadium.

The remaining opponent of the Vietnamese team has been revealed. That is the Russian team. The above information has been confirmed by the Sport Express (Russia) newspaper that the home team will face the Vietnamese team in September.
The Russian newspaper wrote: "The Russian team will play against the national teams of Vietnam and Thailand in September. Both matches will take place at Thong Nhat Stadium (Vietnam) in the Three Heroes friendly tournament."
Sport Express also revealed that many teams have sent offers to play friendly matches with the Russian team during FIFA Days. In addition to the Vietnamese team, Malaysia, Indonesia and North Korea all want to play friendly matches with the "Bears".
Despite being banned from international tournaments by FIFA and UEFA from 2022, the Russian team is still considered a strong opponent compared to teams in Asia in general and Southeast Asia in particular. This is considered a quality "blue team" for the Vietnamese team.

Vietnam bodybuilding team won 6 Asian championships

The Gold Medals won by Vietnamese athletes belonged to: Truong Hoang Long (young bodybuilding, over 75kg); Ho Cong Hoai Long (bodybuilding, 55kg category); Nguyen Thi Kim Dung (female fitness, height up to 1.65m); Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong (female fitness, height over 1.65m); Chau Nguyen Kha (male fitness, height up to 1.70m) and Truong Quoc Long (male classic bodybuilding, height up to 1.67m).
Currently, the Vietnamese team is in the top of the tournament with 6 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals and 6 Bronze Medals.
On the final day of competition (August 11), Vietnamese athletes will compete in 4 events and are likely to win at least 1 more gold medal to take the lead in the tournament.
The 2024 Asian Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships will take place from August 6 to 12 in Batam Island, Indonesia. More than 30 countries and territories have sent over 200 athletes to compete.
Vietnam women's volleyball team easily defeated the Philippines at SEA V.League 2024
