Recently, Miss H'Hen Niê planted an additional 1 hectare of forest at the Xuân Liên Nature Reserve in Thanh Hoá province. Thus, since January 2023, Miss H'Hen Niê has planted 8 hectares of forest in nature reserves and national parks across the country.This time, she and her team planted green teak, water chestnut, and water chestnut trees. H'Hen Niê said that whenever she meets with partners, she always suggests donating a few hectares of forest.Despite having experience planting trees many times, H'Hen Niê couldn't avoid being bitten by ants. She jokingly said that when bitten, her hand swelled up into a lump like a "wood spirit's mound." When planting trees, the beauty queen didn't forget to wish them quick growth and good development.On this occasion, H'Hen Niê also visited the area where she used to plant the trees. The trees are all growing well and are almost as tall as the beauty queen herself.The beauty queen revealed that she will arrange to visit the tree at least once a year, and also asks the staff at the Gaia nature conservation center to regularly update her on its situation.Starting with 5 hectares of forest planted to commemorate the 5th anniversary of her coronation, funded by her personal resources, H'Hen Niê continues her reforestation efforts and receives support from organizations and businesses that share the goal of protecting nature and the environment."If it were just me, I couldn't possibly green every place. Thanks to everyone's joint efforts and help, even just one or two trees are incredibly valuable," H'Hen Niê shared.Alongside planting 8 hectares of forest, H'Hen Niê also revealed that more child-friendly libraries will be built this year, starting with two libraries in Ninh Thuận, scheduled to be inaugurated in September.
