Nghe An National Assembly delegation participates in the question and answer session of the National Assembly Standing Committee
On the morning of August 21, implementing the 36th Session Program, the National Assembly Standing Committee organized a question-and-answer session for ministers and heads of sectors in a combination of direct and online forms for 1.5 days (August 21 and the morning of August 22).

At the Nghe An National Assembly Delegation bridge, comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation chaired.
Attending the working session at the Nghe An provincial bridge point were members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee: Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; National Assembly Deputies of Nghe An working in the province; leaders of a number of departments, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation - Provincial People's Council and a number of relevant departments and branches.
The question-and-answer session has a very wide scope to comprehensively and overall assess the implementation of the resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and question-and-answer from the beginning of the 15th term to the end of 2023 related to 9 fields: Agriculture and Rural Development; Industry and Trade; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Justice; Home Affairs; Security, order and social safety; Inspection; Court; Procuracy.
In his opening speech, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized that this is the first time in the term of the 15th National Assembly that the National Assembly Standing Committee has carried out "re-supervision" activities, demonstrating the responsibility of the National Assembly Standing Committee in supervising to the end the implementation of the requests and recommendations of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee.
Thereby, comprehensively assessing and clarifying difficulties and problems in the implementation process, thereby having solutions to promptly resolve them, further enhancing the responsibility of the agencies under supervision.
At the same time, it also demonstrates the accompaniment of the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee with the Government in implementing and carrying out the requirements set forth by the National Assembly Standing Committee in resolutions on thematic supervision and questioning.

Continuing the success of the questioning activities at the recent sessions, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man believes that with the intelligence, high sense of responsibility, practical work experience, deep expertise and a firm grasp of the actual situation in localities and bases of the National Assembly deputies, the questioning and answering sessions will take place in an exciting, constructive spirit, with a lot of information reflecting the actual situation.
At the same time, the National Assembly deputies had many proposals, recommendations, and advice for the Government, ministers, and heads of sectors in directing and operating, overcoming limitations, resolving difficulties and problems, and meeting the expectations of voters and people nationwide.
After the opening speech of National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, the National Assembly Standing Committee listened to the Report summarizing the verification content of the Ethnic Council, the National Assembly Committees, and the Report on the opinions of the People's Petition Committee on the implementation of the resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly term to the end of 2023.
During the 1.5-day working program, National Assembly deputies will question ministers and heads of sectors on the implementation of resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and questioning from the beginning of the 15th National Assembly term to the end of 2023 for two groups of fields.
The first group of sectors includes the following sectors: agriculture and rural development; industry and trade; culture, sports and tourism. The second group of sectors includes the following sectors: justice; internal affairs; security, order and social safety; inspection; court; prosecution.
The Deputy Prime Minister, authorized by the Prime Minister, will speak to clarify a number of related issues under the Government's responsibility. National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will deliver the closing speech of the question and answer session.
