For ethnic minorities in Tuong Duong and Ky Son districts, hanging national flags, Party flags, banners, and slogans on major national holidays has long become a cultural feature, expressing love for the homeland and country.
In preparation for the big holiday of the year, these days, ethnic minorities in the border area of Nam Can commune (Ky Son) have begun decorating the main roads of the commune with bright red national flags.
