After 2 years of construction, the billion-dollar Vinh - Cua Lo boulevard has officially opened to traffic. For now, vehicles are allowed to travel on the route at a maximum speed of 50km/h.

This is the most modern major traffic route in Nghe An province with a length of 10.8 km, passing through the following areas: Vinh city, Nghi Loc district and Cua Lo town. After 4 years, due to capital adjustment, the project was adjusted and divided into 2 phases. The Boulevard has a main route designed with 8 lanes for motor vehicles, each side has 4 lanes 16m wide; the median strip is 21m - 216m wide; the median strip between the main route and the service road is 3m wide on each side and the sidewalks on both sides are 9m wide on each side.
