President Putin: Russia has never given up on negotiations with Ukraine
Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia has never given up on negotiations to end the conflict with Ukraine.

According to RT, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that if the Ukrainian government wants, not by words but by actions, to resolve problems by peaceful means, then Russia is ready for this.
President Putin stressed that Russia has never given up on a peaceful solution to the conflict. At the same time, the Russian leader pointed out the need to deal with the forces that have entered the Kursk region – those who are trying to destabilize the situation in Russia.
President Putin said that Russia has no hostile countries, instead, “only hostile elites.”
“We don’t have hostile language, we don’t even have hostile states – we have hostile elites in some countries who have been fighting Russia for centuries, not just now, to weaken Russia, because they think it is too big. But now they are threatened by a huge country like Russia,” Putin stressed.
Commenting on the progress of the offensive in Donbass, President Putin said that the Russian armed forces are taking control of territories “not by the meter, but by the square kilometer”.
