Nghe An handles over 1,000 cases of traffic safety violations during September 2nd holiday
During the 4-day holiday, the Traffic Police force recorded 1,025 cases; temporarily revoked the right to use driving licenses and practice certificates of 162 cases.

According to information from the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province Police, during the 4-day National Day holiday on September 2 (from August 31 to September 3), the Traffic Police force organized 461 patrols and controls with 1,825 officers and soldiers participating.
Detected and made administrative records on traffic safety and order in 1,025 cases. Issued decisions to punish 523 cases, transferred 752,800,000 VND to the State Budget. Revoked the right to use driving licenses and practice certificates for a period of 162 cases.

Violations: 135 cases of people riding motorbikes not wearing helmets; 197 cases of not having a driver's license; 332 cases of drinking alcohol while driving; 267 cases of speeding... In addition, 195 cases of students violating traffic safety order were handled.
During the 4-day holiday, there were 4 traffic accidents in the province, killing 1 person and injuring 4 people (compared to the same period in 2023, the number of cases, deaths and injuries decreased).
