Eco Central Park attracts more than 20 thousand visitors during September 2nd holiday
More than 20 thousand people participated in playing, checking in, practicing Yoga and Pilates at the large green park Eco Central Park on the occasion of September 2. On this occasion, a giant national flag, measuring 26x28 meters, said to be the largest in Nghe An, was hung on the roof of Sale Gallery, creating a brilliant natural picture in the green color typical of the brand of the founder of Ecopark.
Taking place during the recent September 2nd holiday, the Vietnam Fit Fest Vinh event - the largest Yoga & Pilates festival in Nghe An in 2024 was successfully held at the large green park Eco Central Park (nearly 200 hectares wide, in Vinh City, Nghe An).
With the theme "Unleashing the flow of peace", the event is dedicated to those who love to practice sports, those who want to become coaches, Yoga & Pilates studio owners...
A team of experts in the field of yoga & pilates, both domestic and international, has brought exercises suitable for the physical condition of Vietnamese people, helping participants easily adapt to this subject. Many people who have never been exposed to these two subjects are also excited to participate in practicing contents such as: 5 fountains of youth, bell meditation, pilates and therapy, liberation and relaxation with chairs...
Exclusively for yoga instructors and yoga enthusiasts with at least 2 years of practice is the unique exercise “Piyo with Curved Board”, first introduced by Coach Annie N Rogers at the event.
